Three creator ads, 12.4M impressions: UGC as paid media
For BlueChew we cast creators, made three ads and ran them as paid media on Meta. What founder led brands can take from it.

BlueChew wanted ads that sound like a person, not a brand. So we cast creators, produced three creator ads and put them to work as paid media on Meta. Together they earned 12.4M Meta impressions.
Why creator ads work
A founder led brand often has a strong voice before it has wide reach. Creator ads carry that voice. A real person explains the product the way they would to a friend, and the ad sits naturally in the feed around it. Paid media then takes that honest moment to far more people than one post could reach.
How the three ads were made
- Casting: creators who fit the brand and speak to its buyer
- Production: three ads, each led by its creator
- Paid media: the ads put to work on Meta
Casting is where much of the result is decided. The right creator already talks to the buyer, in a voice the buyer trusts. Our job is to find that person, then protect what makes them worth watching.
We like more than one ad on a paid program. Different creators reach different people, and a set of ads gives the media room to work. One ad is a guess. A small set is a plan.
What makes a creator ad work
In our experience, the strongest creator ads share a few traits. They open on the person, not the product. They say one thing clearly. They sound like the creator's own feed. And they are cut to the size of the place they run. We brief for all four before anyone films.
Whitelisting adds one more lever. It lets a brand run the ad through the creator's own handle, so it shows up from a person the viewer may already follow. That is the point of a creator ad in the first place.
Four steps, every program
- Cast: creators, athletes and talent from our network
- Brief and produce: we shoot with them or guide their own
- Post and boost: organic, whitelisting and paid
- Report: results at 30, 60 and 90 days
Another founder led brand: ZBiotics
ZBiotics ran with us through 2025: an April shoot, always on social, Thanksgiving and New Year's spots, and spots made for connected TV.
The two programs look different. BlueChew put creator ads behind paid media. ZBiotics showed up every week, then moved onto the TV screen. Both start from the same place: a clear voice, real people and a plan for where the work runs.
What to take from it
- Let the creator talk. A script that sounds like an ad reads like one.
- Make a set of ads, so paid media has options.
- Use whitelisting when the creator's handle carries trust.
- Plan for a year, not a week. ZBiotics ran through 2025.
- Decide how you will report before the first ad goes live.
