What we collect, and where it goes.

The short version

We only collect what you give us when you reach out: through a form on this site, the booking calendar or email. If we sent you a personal link to our deck, we also see how that deck was read. We do not sell it, we do not share it with advertisers and we do not track you across other sites.

What we collect

If you send a brief through the onboarding form, we collect what is in the form: company, your name, email, phone if you add it, project type, budget range, timeline, any links you share and your notes. Every field is one you filled in.

If you use the work with us form, we collect your name, company, email and what you need.

If you sign up for field notes, we collect your email address.

If you email contact@muusmedia.com, we have whatever you send, as anyone would.

Where it lives

Briefs from the onboarding form go to Mothership, MUUS’s own operations system. If it cannot be reached, the form falls back to email. Work with us enquiries go to the private lead store that sits behind our deck. Field notes sign ups are kept in a private MUUS company repository, and we may send ourselves an internal email notice so nothing sits unnoticed. Access is limited to MUUS, and submissions are only used to answer you and keep a record of it.

Booking a call

The booking page embeds Google’s appointment calendar. When it loads, Google may set its own cookies, and the booking itself is handled by Google under Google’s privacy policy. We receive the name, email and answers you give when you book.

Personal deck links

When we write to someone, we may send a personal link to our deck, such as muusmedia.com/deck/your-name. On that link only, the deck tells MUUS that it was opened, how long it stayed on screen, which screens were viewed and whether Book a call was pressed. It goes to Mothership, our own system, and stays with MUUS. It sets no cookie, it does not record your IP address and it is never shared with advertisers. The plain deck at muusmedia.com/deck records nothing.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not set cookies of its own. One thing is kept in your browser: if you arrive on the work with us page from a campaign link, the campaign tags in that link are held in session storage until you close the tab, so an enquiry can say which campaign brought you. If we turn on analytics, it will be a cookie free service that counts page views without identifying you.

Third parties

We use a small number of providers to run the site and handle submissions: hosting, file delivery for films and images, private storage and email delivery for internal notices. None of them may use your information for their own purposes.

Your options

• Ask what we have on file for you, or ask us to delete it, at contact@muusmedia.com.
• Skip the forms and email us instead, if you would rather not fill one in.
