What we collect, and where it goes.
A plain account of what this site actually does with your information — not boilerplate copied from somewhere else. Last updated August 2026.
The short version
We only collect what you give us when you reach out — through the onboarding form or by email. We don't sell it, we don't share it with advertisers, and we don't track you across other sites. Site analytics, when enabled, don't use cookies and can't identify you personally.
What we collect
If you fill out the new-client onboarding form, we collect exactly what's in the form: company name, your name, email, phone (optional), project type, budget range, timeline, any asset links you provide, and whatever notes you add. Nothing is collected from that form silently — every field on the page is a field you filled in.
If you email us directly at contact@muusmedia.com, we have whatever you send in that email, same as anyone would.
Where it lives
Onboarding submissions are stored in MUUS's own private internal systems — today that means a private company repository; that storage is expected to move to our internal operations system over time, without changing who has access or why. In both cases, access is limited to MUUS. Submissions are never used for anything beyond responding to your inquiry and keeping a record of it.
We may also send ourselves an internal email notification when a new submission comes in, so it doesn't sit unnoticed. That's a convenience for us, not a separate copy shared anywhere else.
Analytics and cookies
This site can use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookie-free analytics service — it doesn't set tracking cookies, doesn't build a profile of you, and can't identify you individually. It just gives us aggregate numbers like page views.
The only thing this site stores in your browser is your light/dark theme preference (via localStorage, not a cookie) — that never leaves your device.
Third parties
We use a small number of infrastructure providers to run this site and process submissions — hosting, our internal storage, and (optionally) email delivery for internal notifications. None of them are permitted to use your information for their own purposes; they process it only to provide their service to us.
Your options
- Ask what we have on file for you, or ask us to delete it — email contact@muusmedia.com and we'll handle it directly.
- Skip the form and just email us instead, if you'd rather not fill in a web form at all.
Changes
If how we handle data changes in a meaningful way, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above.
This page describes our actual practices in plain language. It isn't a substitute for legal advice, and if you need something more formal for compliance purposes, talk to a lawyer.
