How it runs
Cast, brief, shoot, test.
- CastCreators chosen for the audience they already have and the brand they fit, never for follower count alone.
- BriefOne brief every creator can run with: the product, the hook and what must be true, in their own voice.
- Shoot and cutHooks, lengths and ratios cut per creator, in every format the ad account runs.
- TestThe ad account decides which ones earn the spend, and the next round answers it.

How we start
Start with a Strategy Sprint.
UGC starts with who and what must be true: two weeks to cast, write the brief and plan the first round of tests.
- Strategy Sprint · two weeksThe idea, the athletes and creators who carry it, the first frames and a plan you keep, whether or not we make it.
- Project · one launchOne campaign from the idea to the final frame: films, photographs, creators and the launch itself.
- Program · twelve monthsStudio, Partner or Embedded: an always on partnership for films, creators and social.
The Sprint is a fixed fee, agreed after the first call. We take on a few new partners each season.
Questions
Straight answers.
What is UGC?
UGC stands for user generated: video made by creators in their own voice, the way people post, rather than a polished spot. Brands run it as organic posts and as paid ads.
UGC or influencers?
Influencer posts run on the creator’s own feed, to their audience. UGC is made for your channels and your ads. Many launches use both: adidas Supernova ran on the feeds of 22 runners.
Who owns the videos?
Usage is agreed before the shoot: organic use on your channels, and paid usage licensed for your ad account, by term.
How do you test them?
We cut hooks and lengths per creator, then let the ad account show which ones earn the spend, as we did for BlueChew.
What does UGC cost?
It is scoped by the number of creators and videos after the first call. There are no prices on this site.
